I research any company I buy from because I am very picky. The window bird feeder I purchased is adorable and sturdy right outside my kitchen window...where I always am. The birds have come quickly. Customer service is also exceptional.

Cancelled order with no explanation

I ordered this bird feeder as a Father’s Day gift. After I received notification that it was shipped I later was notified that the order was cancelled. No explanation was given. I was very disappointed. Had to scramble to find another gift from Walmart last minute.

My cats LOVE this bird feeder

I live in an apartment with a small balcony. I don’t have a lot of room for a bird feeder, but my two cats LOVE to watch birds outside the window. This bird feeder is perfect for us. They love to sit on my window ledge and watch birds swoop down—occasional swat at the window aside, haha!

On the negative side, I have owned one before and it broke suction and fell a few stories to the ground. This one is the replacement, but so far, so good. And perhaps this is just the nature of suction cup feeders?

Overall, I can’t recommend this feeder enough to people in smaller spaces who want to either watch birds or entertain their cats.
