We hope you love your PetFusion product but if for some reason you don't, our goal is to make your experience the best one possible. Whatever the reason is, you can return your product within 30 days of purchase. The only returns we can't process are purchases that happened on a different site than ours -- in those cases, we'll do our best to help you find instructions.
HERE'S HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN
Just follow these simple instructions:
- Fill in the form below, where we'll ask for your Order # (emailed to you when you made your purchase) and a few other details. We'll verify that your purchase was within 30 days and write back to the email address you provided with a confirmation.
- Repackage your product in the original packaging if possible. If not available, in packaging that will protect the product on its way back.
- Ship the package back to our team at:

CHARGES AND CREDITS
Shipping charges - In the event of a manufacturer's defect, PetFusion will provide a pre-paid label for your shipment. For all other return reasons, you will be responsible for shipping costs back. PetFusion will refund 100% of what you paid for the product. We will not deduct any or our original shipping charges out of your refund.
Receiving your refund - PetFusion does not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund to the credit card or Paypal account originally used.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your item was damaged during shipping or something is missing, you must notify us within 7 days to correct the issue.
To notify us, call at 1-877-518-6503, email at email@example.com, or use the contact section of our website and provide your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged items, be sure to include a photo to assist us in processing the claim. Once the above has been done, we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label for your return. Once we receive the returned item, a replacement product will be sent.
Sorry for the 7 day time frame, we know it's tight! Unfortunately, our window for filing insurance claims with the carrier is only 10 days, so we're not able to refund or replace damaged or missing items
