Best customer service

I ordered a bed for my dog and some bowls. The shipment came quick and I can say the quality of the goods is top notch. I tried the ortho bed myself and found it super comfortable and great design, unfortunately my 9 year old dog did not want to give up His old bed, he’s a bit of a stubborn dog. I reached out to petfusion asking for suggestions as I really wanted my dog to like it. I tried all the tricks but like I wrote earlier he’s very stubborn. Jeff from petfusion was very accommodating, he understood and refunded me the dog bed, suggesting I give the bed to a local animal shelter. One lucky dog will get a beautiful bed. I have to say I was so surprised cause customer service is lacking at many places but petfusion’s was excellent. I highly recommend their products and their service, will definitely purchase from them again!!!
