All we were hoping for!

Both the tree and the customer serviice couldn’t be better. Looks great and most importantly, our cat loves it.

Cats loved it from the get go

I got this cat tree because with four cats, there had been some altercations over turf on the larger one situated next to it. So I clearly needed to add an appealing alternative at about the same height, with a place for a cat to camp out on top. And from the start, at least one cat has done that regularly. So I knew it was a hit almost out of the box. (The tunnel part is less popular, as I knew it would be.)

Overall the tree is attractive and well made and went together relatively easily, even though I didn't have a second person to help with the base, as the instructions advised.

Highly recommended.
