PetFusion Ultimate Pet Bed & Lounge Replacement Cover

It only took our 38 lb poodle one good tug to tear the side cushion off the base on the open side. The original lasted a month or so, this one didn't even make it through the first night :(

I received a pet fusion ultimate pet bed when I took in my daughters rescue. My daughter was so happy I have took her dog ,she had this new bed sent to me .I’ve had the bed and her dog for seven years . I have two large dogs so whoever gets in the bed, the other one has to sleep on the dog bed with the padding that has gone flat. this pet fusion bed is slept in and laid on all day for the last seven years almost. The original cover was not torn but it’s worn. The dogs have had injuries and surgeries but it didn’t stain the mattress. one of the seams was coming a little loose and I sewed it together by hand. So now there’s a new cover for the bed and it looks like brand new. I also bought another pet bed for the other dog. That way they each have their own memory foam beds to sleep on. The new cover fit the old bed perfectly, so they both basically get a new bed.

I ordered 2 x-large dog bed covers. I received 1 large bed cover. I emailed them and got no response. The following week I got 1 x-large bed cover. I called the customer service number and no one answered and the automated service gave me a different email address. I emailed that and still no response. I called customer service again and couldn’t get through to anyone so I text the number given. I have still not talked to anyone. It’s been 2 weeks and I have 1 large bed cover that I have no use for and an x-large bed without a cover on so it can’t be used.

So the bed is awesome. I have 3 danes that fight over it because their other beds arent 100% tempurpedic. Excellent waterproofing cover. Excellent thick material for the top/sides of the bed. But the cover that touches the floor is super thin and rips easily. It would be nice to have an option to have the same thick material for the bottom. My last cover lasted about 2 and half years. I wash it every 2-3 months. Mostly because I keep a heavy blanket on top which are easier to wash than the bed cover. It ripped a year ago but the upholstery shop repaired it. But then it ripped the entire width of the bed so it wasnt repairable. This time I had the upholstery shop add a second cover of denim to the top of my new bed cover. I hope I can get 3+ years on of this new one.
